New Songs

well… we just got back from band practice tonight and found out that people are looking forward to us posting some new songs tonight at midnight, unfortunately whoever announced this was off by a day… we will be posting two new songs tomorrow night in conjunction with other online marketing and stuff…

we apologize for the misinformation, but it was out of our control and we never intended on misleading anyone regarding the release of new material… we have been working very hard to not piss of those of you who are looking forward to hearing the new songs… I hope this doesn’t bum anyone out to bad…

so, tomorrow night at midnight (PST) we’ll post two new songs

The new Self-Titled EP will be released to digital retailers on July 22nd
and released at Hot Topic on July 29th

we’re getting ready to hit the road on Fri and can’t wait for everyone to hear the new songs…

    That’s ok Daniel.
    AP.net is a HORRIBLE site. And all their trend bag fans/webmasters/contributers suck balls anyway.
    Always have always will. They were never appreciative of the doors Finch opened for them or gave Beta Factor any love anyway.
    Screw’em.

    For real! We’re waitin here! :) Ps. Spent a couple hours yesterday looking for another cd to match the intensity level of Say Hello To Sunshine and was unable to. I can only imagine whats in store for me with this ep.

    Are these the finished/mastered/mixed versions of the songs? They are good, but I’m really surprised that I didn’t hear any vocal harmonies!

    great songs guys, but i confess that I mostly look forward to hearing “chinese organ thieves”. fuckin’ masterpiece, i still can’t get over it.

    The new songs are incredible!!!! I just saw you guys last night in Albuquerque, best show I’ve ever seen! (I’m the one you guys chilled with in the bar with the drunk ass friend who got kicked out haha) just wanted to say hey, you did amazing and I’m stoked for the new stuff!! I’ve listened to it about a million times already!
